"Our window must have leaked at sometime in the past and it was repaired poorly. Curtains were half missing and remainder was stained. Air quality/odor in room was an issue, due to suspected mold or water damage. Wear and tear throughout the hotel."

"The people that greeted us at the front desk were amazing! They told us off some great places to eat and always greeted us with a smile and kind words! The rooms were extremely nice and clean! I was very pleased with the Hampton and will stay there again!"

"Make sure you arrive before 10 p.m. After that good luck trying to get someone to the front desk. They'll try to argue and say you weren't waiting and that you need to call a number that's not even listed."

"The consistency of staff as far as responsiveness was lacking. When we arrived at 3:45 our room was not ready and they only had one emergency key to give us stating the key machine was broke and it would be tomorrow as well. I tried using honors app for digital key but it never worked. The next day no problems !! They gave of two keys. Also no dish soap and extra paper towel on day one but day two no problem"
