"I’m a travel advisor so usually I take pictures of the room I’m staying in, but this was an impromptu trip and I was with my kids, so I didn’t. The pull out bed (on the bottom of the couch) was dirty, and so was the couch (crumbs, lint, dirt) so we didn’t use it. "Needing a getaway from home, chose this hotel. Nice front desk employees. Nice housekeeping attendants. Room was ok. Carpet had large spill stain on the floor. No microwave in the room so no heating leftovers. Was not told the breakfast was a pay breakfast. I was annoyed after going down and being embarrassed. "The rooms were big, bright and clean. The location was very handy, could walk to shopping and dining. The pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was hot and the coffee was tasty."

"My wife and I arrived at around 2 am Saturday to find out that the air conditioning did not work; thermostat did not work and the phone in the room did not work either. I was too tired to walk to front desk. Told them about it in the morning when we went to breakfast and It was fixed however it was too late my the time because we were scheduled to check out in a couple of hours."
