"The hotel is located in the town centre and is around 10-15mins walking distance to surrounding tourist spots and eateries. We stayed in a spacious Deluxe suite which can easily accommodate 4 persons. There’s abundance of TV channels provided which is a bonus. Beds and pillows are definitely comfortable. Need to pay a couple of hundred for deposit when check in, so don’t forget to take it back. The 2 bottles of water are not free. Somehow our Deluxe room is in the adjoining high rise building...

"The room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel. The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session. "

The surrounding area is full of great food options, and it’s very close to major attractions in the city. Even the room view was better than expected. Since I just needed a place to sleep as a solo traveler, I didn’t want a luxury hotel—and this place exceeded my expectations. Highly satisfied. "

"A stunning property. From the high ceilings, beautiful woodwork and antiques to the rooftop pool. A small and intimate hotel with lovely staff. Tucked down a small roadway, it's right in the heart of the action and secluded at the same time. Great location! When arriving by ferry, it isn't very far to walk on the map, however, the traffic and crowded sidewalks would make the wheelie bag treck very hard in the heat. We decided on a taxi. "I really enjoyed staying here. My room was gorgeous, with lots of light and space. The shower was fantastic! The pool on the roof was lovely and breakfast excellent. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the bus station, which makes it easy to get around. My only negative point was that there was very little tourist information available and staff were unaware of how to access tourist experiences. I'd suggest stocking materials from the local tourist information office."
