"Absolutely amazing location – just 30 seconds from the beach! This is one of their three properties and has more of an apartment-style setup, which we loved. It was very affordable, clean, and had everything we needed to cook meals. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, with balconies and a well-equipped kitchen. "Pretty unique home! It’s basically one longgg hallway with rooms. Every room has a view of the private beach below and the crystal blue water. Walking distance to the main city, about 10 minutes. Also if you are going to wedding in that area, which we did, there’s a very popular venue (Torre Normanna) at a 5 minute walk. The home needed a few things when we got there and I contacted the host and the owner was nice enough to bring it over. Recommend it "

"The Melrose is a gorgeous place to stay away from the hustle & bustle of Sorrento. The pool area & gardens are lovely as is the outside bar - every little detail has been thought of, it’s a lovely place to spend time relaxing. We stayed in the delux double room which is very spacious, the only downside is, it doesn’t have an outdoor seating area whereas most of the other rooms do. Positano has stairs everywhere, so pack light, but aside from that these villas are very special and if you are looking for a LUXURY resort style feel without paying the insane resort prices in Positano. "The room was beautiful and the balcony too. It was a great experience. The location isn’t exactly ideal if you’re planning on walking a lot but if you like walking or use another form of transportation not bad at all. Close to mount Vesuvius. Located in Ercolano. Southeast of Naples. "
