I stopped going to this hotel as the guy doesnt seem to care about the guests concern, in fact my car got scratches and he never bothered to investigate nor gave an update he'd always give you negative response and often times not responsive to queries. It's a new hotel that just opened December 2024. - While not at a central location, the location is accessible if you have a car, you can get to at least where she needed to be. - Hotel has dining and breakfast was included with the booking. - Hotel staff are great. Seems like the staff are still learning the ropes of hotel operations. Pool could get busy with all the conventions and team building activities. "Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room. 5 star for the hotel staffs"
