"The room was clean and well-equipped with a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, dishes, and paper towels. The location was excellent , close to the River Walk, shops, and restaurants. Hotel parking was $50 per night, but there was a public parking lot less than a 2-minute walk away for only $35. The breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of options. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again."

If you want to see what is around the hotel the river walk bars and restaurants are 5 minutes walking distance i can say i will return and stay at this hotel 100%.Also has rooftops amazing city views, bar pool, food service you don't have to leave the hotel at all it has everything and many places to explore.. "We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room, amenities and staff were all great. The reason for this low rating is the valet service. They parked the car under a tree which left tons of sticky residues on it. When I asked the valet staff, they were very rude and responded that’s how it is and they’re not responsible. Not even an apology, or trying to make it up. Their manager reimbursed one night of valet and I thought that should cover the cost of car wash. I took the car to a premium car...

"The hotel was centrally located and allowed us to walk to just about anywhere we wanted to go-the riverwalk, Alamo and lots of dining. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, better than typical hotel food."

"It was a great hotel. Very clean and centrally located. The issue I ran into was that my AC in my room wasn’t working even after calling and having the maintenance engineer come to “fix it”. I really wish this wasn’t the case as it was a great hotel, but unfortunately with the AC issue, I wasn’t able to sleep during my stay."
