"The location of the hotel was great, given that it was right on the main street, making things easily accessible. The hotel bordered a gully though, which was in a deplorable state. The dining staff were great. We had aurhentic, tasty Jamaican food for breakfast.....even our toddler loved it. The bedroom and bathroom could use a bit more cleaning though and the pool was closed for most of our stay. The staff were polite, buy not very hospitable. "My overall stay was very good. The breakfast was delicious, staffs were very attentive and courteous. However there was just too many mosquitoes in the rooms, no wash cloths were provided and the towels could use a softener of some kind because it was very rough on skin. Otherwise it was a nice stay. "

"Upgraded to have our rooms upgraded to ocean view. One Wes not ready, had to stay at the other tower for a night, was then going to be upgraded to a suite, didn’t happen. Supposed to get a special gift basket that those rooms get, never happened. Front desk Wes very helpfull, supervisor not so much. Will go to a Moon Palace again, just not this one."

"Still very new so there wasn’t a lot of stuff and we were the only people on the property so the service wasn’t the best in terms of quality. The property was clean but maybe a little unkept because of the lack of traction/traffic. Felt safe "

"We stayed at the Marine view for 10 nights. First impressions the hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some TLC, however the staff were accommodating and helpful and the hotel was in a good location with easy access to the main attractions. "Kids enjoyed the pool but could have been cleaner and have some seating around the pool. Small local shops around for food items. House had everything needed for the stay and very fast response from property manager when had any questions "

"I stayed at turtle Towers which was managed by Burbank property in Jamaica. It was a disaster. They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. I paid $139 a night for a $87 a night room and they have refused to issue me Back some money. The condo was a dump. Old Broken stuff, dirty furniture and it smelled terrible.
