"Super clean. Love the attention to details. Easy to prep coffee in the morning, well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Right across the street from the hospital. The host even provides ear plugs but we didn't need them. We were in room 7 and no other units shared a wall which made it super quiet. Will absolutely stay again. "

"My kids stayed there, they said it was great. "

"We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there."

"Perfect location just outside of the city, but in a Great Seattle neighborhood! Great place for people who are out and about in the day. Walls are thin just fyi, but I would definitely stay again. Communication with owner was fantastic as well! "

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The pin pad entry made me feel incredibly safe. The staff was informative and very friendly. I chose a small room, but the layout and lighting made it feel bigger. The bed, linens, towels and amenities were fantastic. They offer hot, cold and room temperature filtered water at a station on every floor, where you can also refill some basics you may run low on. There were tons of restaurants and shops in the area immediately around the hotel....

"Landlord is super kind and friendly! Highly recommend this place if you come to visit Seattle! Only if you don’t drive a car, maybe you should walk a loooong steep road. Overall, it’s pretty good!"

"The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....

"I felt like I was at a home away from home. The complimentary, well, everything really, made it easy to live like I was back home but with all my friends I missed ever so much. Able to make home-cooked meals, reheat leftovers, plenty of space to accommodate us and our visitors, it heavily contributed to a fantastic vacation. The few issues were the rather uncomfortable seating options, the few things already damaged. A bowl had a corner chipped off, one of the forks looked... like someone...

"This is a beautiful hotel! We will absolutely stay here again!! Do not hassle with a rental car & notorious Seattle traffic & expensive parking if you’re in town for a ball game or to explore Seattle. It’s within Easy walking distance to King St Station (Amtrak) 5 minutes, light rail to the airport 8-10minutes. Close to both Stadiums, walkable, 5-15 minutes, and to the Seattle waterfront too! My daughter and I didn't feel comfortable leaving the hotel, especially at night.
