"Great location in Capitol Hill as an alternative to pricey hotels. Well maintained and well appointed, super comfy bed and all the amenities I needed for my three night stay. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a more economical way to visit Seattle."

"The location was fantastic! The only thing I would say is the front door is quite noisy and at night it can wake you up. The other guests were very respectful but it couldn't be avoided. I would stay again but not at the front of the building on the first floor. Thank you!"

"Perfect location just outside of the city, but in a Great Seattle neighborhood! Great place for people who are out and about in the day. Walls are thin just fyi, but I would definitely stay again. Communication with owner was fantastic as well! "

"Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. It’s in a great location with many restaurants and bars nearby and even a grocery store which was very convenient. Host was extremely communicative and let...

"This is a beautiful hotel with tons of character! The wood beams, exposed brick, and plants are stunning. The staff are very friendly and approachable, and the restaurant serves incredible food and drink! I really enjoyed my stay, and definitely would return when I come to Seattle."
