"Checked in somewhat late and first think noticed the room was quite warm but just figured the A/C needed to be turned down. After doing that it never did blow out cold air and consequently the room never cooled down , couldn’t sleep much because the room was at least 80 . Told the front desk and the response was OK..Hamptons are usually pretty good but it all comes down to management and staff that cares . I would say this place need some attention in both departments"

"Furniture is heavily stained and the toilet kept having problems. The shower was old and in need of updating. The furniture needs to be steam cleaned. Very gross stains on sofa and chairs. But the room was a good size and the breakfast was perfect! Overall we enjoyed our stay. Just needs a little extra TLC/updates."

"We have stayed there 2 times now. Signature rooms are a little better. But the smell in the rooms is gross. Not sure what it is coming from. Maybe sewer? Room is decently cleaned but a little wear and tear. Pools are nice. Family friendly for sure. But gets frat party style on Saturday evenings. Just wished the restaurant had more entertainment going on. Love the girls at the marketplace coffee shop / breakfast stop they’re very sweet. The crafting for the kids is super nice too."
