"This hotel is very overrated. The pool area was exposed to the dining restaurant, making it uncomfortable to swim because everyone was staring at you while eating their food. Rooms were very, very small. The only good thing was that the parking lot was right next to it. I would not recommend staying there."

"First, I arrived 2 hours early from the airport. I requested early check-in, but was not expecting it...just hopeful. My room was ready, so I was able to check-in FOR A FEE of $46. I have never encountered an early check-in fee upon arrival when there is a room available. Second, I was given a handicapped accessible room on a lower floor, which I was not informed of at check-in. "The Fig is beautifully decorated and such a relaxing environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4- day stay there. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We enjoyed going down to the pool in the morning and ordering our breakfast there. We also had a wonderful dining experience at the Florence. Highly recommend this place for ambience and welcoming staff. "

"The hotel lobby exudes old world charm; however, the minute you step in the elevator, you're greeted by a floor that needs extensive repair. Bad feeling.The staff was very kind and professional, but our TV didn't work properly. It was a nuisance and although the front desk staff went out of their way to help, maintenance was unavailable until Monday (we were there on the weekend). Also, the ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken, so we kept having to go elsewhere for ice. The shower was good...
