"The room had a smell that was off putting and was unpleasant. The staff were friendly but the hotel taxi price was pricey and the driver was not well informed of the tourist spots. There are shops close by and this was useful and we felt safe . Good location with airport nearby and restaurants close by "

"This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive to details. The room was cleaned everyday and water and toiletries replenished regularly. The breakfast had a superb variety and the waiters were always there to serve you with whatever you wanted. The Safron Spice restaurant food is of a very high standard and there is often no need to go else where to dine. We ate only at the hotel to avoid any health issues. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The stay was very comfortable. the room was clean. The in room dining was quick and the food was delicious. The staff was very helpful and polite. The reception staff was very courteous especially the 'Afreen' THIS GIRL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT. tHE BUFFET AND ENTERTAINMENT WAS TOO GOOD!"

"Room is small for 2 adults. Staffs/Attendants do not speak English. One or two staffs are rude. Airport shuttle is Rs. 500.00 and we called Uber for Rs. 300.00. Shower room is with out door and flooded the entire rest room area. There is a leakage from the sink. Few towels are stained and smell bad"
