"The property was roomy and very comfortable. However there should be some soundproofing against the adjoining property as conversations and other noises are easily heard. The shower stall should be replaced. I really enjoyed the location and the layout of the property. I would stay there again."

"I cleaned the door-covered in dirt and mildew, the oven mitts were caked with food (washed) cleaned inside kitchen window as there is no exhaust fan. Cleaned fan pulls, toilet seat bottom and baseboards around toilet. Need a table and hook ups for charging. Minimal silverware and knives. Could do a bit better"

"My husband and I stayed with our little Yorkie. The house was perfect. You are steps to the beach, just walk out the back door and down the steps off the back deck. The house was clean and well supplied with anything we needed. "

"The property was neat and clean. Only issues we had was promptly addressed by text with owner. Great value and would stay again. Only issues we had was 1) thermostat is preprogrammed and property owner controls. After a couple of texts we settled on 68 for 24-hour, entirety of stay. 2) It's a duplex and the first morning, with two vehicles next door, we had COLD WATER. It was never an issue again as they left or our showers didn't time together. FYI-the washer dryer is in a closet type room...

"Such an easy stay with our 2 dogs. No sand burs in the back yard! Property was exactly as described, clean, and close to the beach. We drove and parked at the public beach access, but could definitely walk if you don’t mind a couple of blocks. Very close to St. Andrew’s park as well. Property Management was prompt, responsive, and communicative. We would definitely stay again!"

"The beach house was perfect for our family vacation. Close to everything we wanted to do. The beach is two minute walk around the corner. The beachy decor is extra welcoming. A fully supplied kitchen was a plus as well the over all cleanliness. Nice landscaping and plenty of parking."
