"After many years of travelling, we stayed at our first bed & breakfast at No.5 East. Beautiful old mansion with beautiful rooms to stay in. Nice area with restaurants and shopping around the corner. Continental breakfast was great and the Latte’s exceptional. The hosts were amazing and easy to talk to. We will certainly stay again on our next visit to Winnipeg. 5 stars from us"

"Stayed in a newly renovated room. Was quite comfortable, but did hear the adjoining room a fair bit - noise came right through the doors. Otherwise the bed was comfy and the new bathroom was lovely. Best of all was the restaurant. Amazing breakfast! I mean they have a mimosa flight!! "

"Because of severe weather condition, the air conditioner could not make the room all the time. One of the elevators was out of service for my whole stay, and the only one was very busy with some issues. The safety of the area was terrible, and some security crews were assigned in different floors."

"This hotel was great! Very clean and had a variety to offer for continential breakfast. As someone who is gluten free I asked about food options and was told what was safe for me as well as presented some other options that weren't on display. The water slide and pool are very fun! It was awesome when the hotel was relatively quiet and we had the pool to ourselves. I will say - later in the evening when the pool was busy it was kind of overwhelming. "Front desk staff completely ignored us at check in. Even though we were visibly present with a three month old baby and 2 high energy kids, the front desk staff continued stacking chips for an additional 5-7 minutes while we waited to check into our room. After a really long day and another one ahead this was definitely not appreciated and made us feel very ignored. "

"New hotel and is a Hyatt hotel brand. Price is expensive for the room. Bar and pool are too small for all customers that stay in the hotel assuming it's fully booked. Breakfast buffet options are okay but could have been better if more staff are assisting at the bar instead of only one staff during buffet hours. Housekeeping should also ensure blankets are clean and not broken or damaged because loose feathers are everywhere on the beds coming from the blankets. Kids got scared and felt itchy...
