"Lovely place. We were in a bungalow, a small living room downstairs overlooking trees and part of the town, mountains behind…even better view from the bedroom above. Large bed, asked and got extra pillows. Good shower. Safe in the room and hairdryer. The staff are amazing. We arrived at 7am from the overnight Vicsapa Train from Hanoi. "The room was clean overall but the curtains had several spots/stains on them. The room door would not lock shut from the outside when you are leaving. I was nervous about leaving the whole time I stayed. The pool had no water in it (but it was too windy to swim). The shower flooded and everything was dated and need refreshed. However the staff was very friendly."
