"The host , Charles was fantastic . He lives next door but assured us privacy the whole time. He was available when needed and accompanied us in every way. It is small but has everything you need. Bed was comfortable. We only had two cups of coffee but blamed it on ourselves as we hurried the clean to get in early. The Dollar store is just down the road and came in handy for snacks and coffee. I'm sure if we asked Charles would have brought us more coffee. It's so quiet and private. Sweet patio...

"Photos online look better than in person. Overall condition is ok but could use updates and improvement- and some minor upgrades in towels and linens would help. Complaints- The bedroom carpet was dirty and storm doors don’t lock. Positives- Location is convenient and parking was good. Hosts are obviously trying to provide a good experience for guests. "

"The best part of this cottage is the view of Lake Pepin and the hot tub. We watched eagles soar by the windows all weekend. The hot tub was wonderful and beds are comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked with every type of pot and pan and the tv works on every service. PLUS the fireplace is straight out of a movie.The host was so responsive and helpful. We were snowed in and he was accommodating and kind. I have already booked my return (as has one of my friends). I cannot wait to come...

"Condo was very cute, but could use a some maintenance. We especially had trouble with the TV service. You couldn’t watch a show without it buffering every couple of minutes. The balcony was pretty much useless. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in quite some time. There was a nice walking path by the river and the town was decorated for fall and Halloween. Overall we had a great stay."

"the property was not worth the price. second bed was not a king as stated. pulling back covers revealed a hair ball causing guests to sleep in their clothes. heat in lower level was non existent … guests staying there also slept in clothes. Remodel was subpar; while we did not use shower/bath the remodel included corrugated metal tub surround. for around 800 for checkin at 2 pm and checkout less than 24 hrs later we expected more. "
