Providing the perfect sleek and restful retreat for leisure and business stays in Lugano, this 3-bedroom retreat enjoys a great location in the desirable city enclave of Paradiso. Its strategic setting enables groups to kick back and relax or take on the city sights and amenities with ease (central Lugano is 10-12 minutes’ drive away and is also reachable on foot in 20 minutes’, via the scenic lake promenade of Belvedere Park).

The modern ground floor apartment boasts its own private garden and 2 parking space. Inside, no expense has been spared in creating a high-quality, impeccable finish.

To the principal ground floor, a light and airy open plan Living space with cosy underfloor heating and modern lighting set an ambient scene for effortless entertaining and chilled moments in. The popular Lido di Paradiso is only 4 minutes’ drive away. Those looking to soak up some year-round culture are a short 16 minutes stroll away from the LAC Lugano Art & Culture centre. The perfect way to reach Lugano centre at a leisurely pace is on foot, via the lakeside Belvedere park. The scenic sculpture park leads directly from Paradiso to the centre.
