"The breakfast was excellent I'm glad it was every day in the morning. It was very good and the lady who set it up was very nice. Everybody was very nice that worked there I believe. I just feel that maybe it's not in a great safe area due to the people that are out and about. But it is located close to the heritage Bank center which I needed and that was great and the Amtrak station"

"The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)"
