"I knew I didn't like this place as soon as I walked in. Looks like they are in the middle of a reno, which is understandable. However, room was musty; king room did not have extra chair as pictured. Parking was terrible. We had to park on floor of parking garage and walk down the car ramp, no pedestrian access. No way to get baggage in safely. No coffee in room and no complimentary coffee in lobby. For $150 not worth the risk."

"Our room was damp and musty and the smell gave me a headache to be in it too long. There was a sticky mess on the floor next to the bed when we checked in that I cleaned up. The bathroom fixtures were old and the grout was failing. The hot water knob was on backwards and made it difficult to adjust the temperature at the sink. I would not pay over $100 a night for this experience. The hotel needs major work."

"The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

"Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!"

"During our July 3, 2026 stay at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter, we experienced multiple issues that significantly impacted our visit. We were unable to access our original room after several failed key attempts and multiple trips to the front desk before being upgraded due to a broken door lock. Unfortunately, the upgraded room’s air conditioning was not working at all. We reported the issue twice, but no maintenance technician responded, and we were later told no one was available after...

"This is a really nice hotel. It’s clean and I like that you have to scan your key card to use the elevators. It lets you off on your floor. They also have a nice bar."

"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...
