"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

"I had a good stay at this hotel. It was with in walking distance to all the things we wanted to do- reds game, eateries and scenic down town walks. LOVED the location! The room was fine but the reason for my 2 stars on clean was due to the shower pan being stained/dingy and the grout between the tile floors was orange and dirty looking. I don't know why hotels don't get the shower pans clean?? Its a common flaw... Also the bathroom tile floors?? I am...

"A grand old hotel, for sure, with superb elegant 30s architecture and decorations. However, the staff was certainly an elegant, and rather rude. The places falling apart, with peeling. paint on the trim, Old worn out carpets, and torn leather seats in the dining room. Finally, the bathroom had a raggedy floor towel, and some loud humming from plumbing dysfunction could be heard. Personally, we would never stay there again."

"Checked in and confirmed we had a room with two beds and a sofa bed for 5 guests. The room didn’t have bedding for the sofa bed and only 3 towels for showering. Requested additional towels and wash cloths and bedding. 5 hours later they had not yet arrived. It was now 11:30pm. Went to the front desk requested again. 30 minutes later we were brought a blanket and 3 towels. We were told there are no wash cloths or sheets available."

"The room was decent for the price. Bathroom was nice…hallway was stuffy and smelled of someone’s food. (Which is negative toward guests really) A work type white van had parked basically on top of my suv and scratched up/left paint on my door. A man was screaming/arguing at someone in the hallway. It was fine."

"Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door."
