"This location is perfect if you want to be "just" out of the way of the Florence crowd, but close enough to join in whenever you want. The walk to the bridge to get into the central area is like 7min. You're also within walking distance to the Offizi Gallery. There are good restaurants on the street directly behind this hotel, too, and the Piazzale Michelangelo is very close. My stay was exceptional."

"We loved the premises and the staff! The breakfast was really good and awesome to have. The views are amazing! The only problem we had was that we were in the middle of a heat wave and the ac was out of service! It would have been nice to learn about this before hand."

"Pros: good amount of space, good location. Security was good, safe area.
Cons: No laundry - we were under the impression it was on the ground level. Old building with poor ventilation, smelled musty. Some bugs found. Difficult to contact hotel staff for help or questions bc they use a virtual agent first line, and if you need a person you have to wait 10-20 min for someone to return your message. While it does have AC, it is centrally controlled and managed so you can adjust the fans but not...
