"Room clean, beds comfortable. Hard pillows. Directive signs clear as mud. Only one mentioned the pool, and it pointed down the hall in the direction of our room. Another door we opened said pool access and led to the back parking lot where the pool area was locked with a chain. Went back inside and finally found the pool access through the breakfast room, where earlier there was a business meeting being held. Strangest place ever. "Some minor things in the room need attention. Curtain pull rod is detached from curtain and swithch cover on the AC unit comes off easily. But the staff is a delight and very attentive."

"It was a good stay. Everything looked new and maculate. Bed was a disappointment. Not terrible but not the quality portrayed by everything else. Front desk person came to my room because he had given me the wrong form to fill out during check-in but I could tell he was new and learning. Very nice, respectful young man. Didn’t see Kleenex’s so used TP when I needed to blow my nose. I would stay again."

"I had 2 small issues. For some reason when I filled out my online form with ID and credit card it did not kick out a text or email with room number and code so I had to call. The other issue was there was no coffee in our room even though there should be. Such a disappointment as we were up really late and wanted to just enjoy some coffee with out going out. The room is clean. I love not having to check in. Located in easy walking distance to downtown. We will stay here again. "
