"Pool is wonderful! Location is great. Breakfast is very good and staff is very helpful. We totally enjoyed our visit if there is one criticism or would be that sleeping and bathrooms are up a staircase in the room. So if you have a problem with stairs this place might not work for you. No problem for me but could be for some. "

"This is a perfect villa in a perfect location. The interior is excellently equipped and is very comfortable and spacious, and the multiple external relaxing/dining areas are ideal for enjoying the incredible views in every direction, whilst the large pool is perfect for cooling off from the summer sun. "This was one of our favorite stays in Italy. It was spacious, clean, and in a great part of the city."

Very elegant and classy. the apartment we stayed in had a nice little patio and killer views of the vineyards, Very clean, organized, and best yard I have seen in a while, with a magnificent refreshing pool. The wine testing offered at the property was a big plus. Property is in the middle of Tuscany area, very rural and a great way to taste the true Italian lifestyle. "There was 7 of us that stayed here at the end of June into July for 10 nights. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). The pool was a god send and better than we expected and is a really good size. The table tennis in the late afternoon shade provided good entertainment and house was fully equipped.
