"Timberlake Motel was a great place to stay for graduation weekend at Liberty University. Nice to be away from the congestion but easy access to get on campus. The staff and owner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed each day and they were always available to answer questions. This motel was very clean and so easy to maneuver through. I highly recommend it for graduation weekend and any other busy weekend in the area!"

No buffet breakfast everyday, weekdays a la carte and in average more expensive than lunch or dinner. No refrigerator ($20 per day) nor microwave. "When we checked in, the person on duty told us our room was just to the right…. Turns out it was all the way down at the end of the hall, so we could have parked down there instead of carrying our luggage so far, but at the same time there were people smoking at that entrance, so every time someone came in and out, the smoke drifted into our room. "Breakfast was excellent. Overall property was in good shape and looked good. Room was nice but lacked the touches that were needed to make it totally functional and well supplied: tissue paper ran out right away, no shower cap, no magnifying mirror, TV very hard to operate, etc. Even after requesting it, the trash was not taken out during our entire stay."

"We stay here every yr in May to visit our kids. We travel alot and this is 1 of the best motels. Shanna was extremely nice and helpful. All of the staff are so pleasant. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to seeing them again next year"
