The music of the ocean is always near and so is Cupecoy Beach which is only a few yards away requiring a less than one minute walk from your front door. The villa and beach are south facing so you are bathed in sunlight all day from sunrise to sunset. Even as your view is panoramic and unobstructed when on the terrace or balcony, you can’t be seen by anyone on the beach nor from other villas. Sonrisa is privately owned but all the amenities of The Sapphire Beach Resort are available to you including but not limited to the restaurant and bar, the Olympic-sized pool, the activities desk, car rental, and the computer room with the printer. On the main level, interior, you will find a well-appointed kitchen; the open concept living space consists of a dining area, a comfortable sectional sofa, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and a full bathroom with laundry. On the main level, exterior, there is a covered terrace with outdoor dining, a ceiling fan, and two loungers for relaxing. The private pool is perfect for floating and/or enjoying a beverage. Upstairs, interior, there are two nearly identical well decorated, air-conditioned master suites each with king-sized beds, large flat-screen Smart TV’s, and ensuite baths. Each ensuite contains a double sink, bathtub, toilet, and a stand-alone shower... The covered upstairs balcony is accessible from either bedroom, has two ceiling fans, a loveseat, and two comfortable sling back chairs.

There are two designated parking spaces only 15 paces from your front door in a covered, gated, pass-key secured parking garage. To enter the villa, you do not pass through a lobby, take an elevator, stairs or enter any other structure. You go straight from your car to your front door. This allows you to remain safe, healthy, and avoid crowded indoor public spaces. Villa Sonrisa has withstood hurricanes and pandemics.
