"We had high expectations for this property, especially given the good communication from the owner before our arrival, who provided helpful information. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets...

"The pool area was beautifully landscaped with olive trees, gorgeous flowers, plants and an abundance of rosemary. We did feel a little disappointed the pool was within the hotel rather than facing out to sea. It gave the impression the hotel could be anywhere. Visitors need to be aware of the construction work below of a new, very large hotel. Only the roofs are visible fortunately, but there is some noise if you go to the nearest small beach. "The property itself was okay. Rooms were clean and spacious. With to many nick nacks that were not necessary at all. Bathrooms good. Only our bathroom door was broken, wouldn’t close without a push and a noisy crack.Beds were not comfortable at all. Mattress firm. Pillows hard. We had double bed made from two single beds, massive gap in between, sliding apart. Air conditioning noisy.Too hot without it, so we had to use it. Towels not changed daily. They wouldn’t give you fresh pool towel unless...

"A very warm welcome from Dana & Christos. The rooms were kept beautifully clean, with fresh towels daily & frequent linen change. Complimentary drinks in fridge plus tea, coffee etc. Breakfasts were first class with a huge variety of food available .We also enjoyed many lovely meals in the evening & bar meals were available throughout most of the day. "Unbelievable stay. One of the most scenic places on our entire trip. Our room which was of good size and adequate amenities had a patio that overlooked the pool, cypress trees, and the ocean. It was like being at an Italian villa waking up to that view every morning. The pool was also an incredible addition to the stay. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything.
