These are open cooking with fresh seafood. We absolutely loved the variety and the food. Some westerners might find it too much different that standard dining. You are in Thailand on the beach! "We really enjoyed our stay in Ban chang st the Hideaway. Hotel was great nearly new and was spotlessly clean. The staff could do enough to help and the food was good. Great pool! They also have a tuk tuk to take you a bit further a field at your request. Thanks for the great experience! "
