Cabo offers an endless array of activities to choose from. Take your pick and chances are you’ll find it! Enjoy the safety and convenience of a 5 gallon drinking water dispenser w/3 temperature options. Air conditioning, 24 hour security, free parking and an infinity pool included. There are beach clubs throughout Los Cabos for visitors to mix & mingle with many activities available such as wave runners or a glass bottom boat tour. The dining scene in Downtown San Jose del Cabo is second to none. Thursday night Art Walk is a great experience. Just a 25 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas to rock out at Cabo Wabo, where Sammy Hagar himself books the bands.

Clean, nicely decorated, spacious and well equipped property. Loved the heated infinity pool and pristine patio area. Condo was what we expected from photos - note: steep walk uphill to access condo . Host, Kelley, condo owner answered questions and concerns we had. Her driver Manny ( and drivers) were polite respectful and punctual.

Cute condo located just a short Uber away from San Jose. We prefer San Jose so this worked for us. Beautiful patio. Quiet at night. Love the pool area. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed ourselves. Be aware that it is a steep climb up to the condo so mobility cannot be an issue.

Great location, close to San Jose and very easy walkable beach access. La Jolla is a beautiful gated community with wonderful views. Host very accommodating and quick to respond. Unit in need of some maintenance but a very good value for the location.

Enjoying San Jose del Cabo

The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed for our few days in San Jose del Cabo. Unfortunately there were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed like flaking paint in the bathroom, a towel bar that was held together by tape and also the overhead light and fan in the bedroom wasn't working. Since we get a place with a kitchen so we can cook instead of going out every night, I was disappointed that it wasn't better supplied. Also very dull knives! Some more detailed instructions for the washer and dryer in English would have been helpful. The king sized bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed having Netflix plus I loved using the heated pool!

A great little place for a getaway!

My partner and I were here for 5 days to celebrate her birthday and we loved it! The condo was cozy, clean and perfect for us. The town of San Jose del Cabo was fun and not crowded. The food was amazing. Our host Kelley was awesome! I dont think I waited more than 15 mins for an answer to any question I had. Would definitely stay here again!

Decent Stay

This was a decent place to stay for a long weekend in San Jose del Cabo. It's located in the Lomas de La Jolla condo community, which is located up a steep hill across the highway from the oceanfront La Jolla condo community. It was about a 6 minute walk down a steep hill, passing under the freeway, to get to the entrance to La Jolla Condos, then several more minutes of walking to the beach. The bed is comfortable and the AC works well, although it can be somewhat noisy at times. Two old, rusty mismatched beach chairs were provided along with a single beach towel. Faded and stained bath towels were also provided, but no washcloths,. Dish soap, hand soap, pots, pans, food stage containers, and salt were provided. A deep cleaning and minor repairs (bed post, bathroom towel rack, stucco/paint touchups) could make this place shine. All and all, it was fine for our short 3-day stay.

We were fortunate to stay in Kelley’s lovely condo for 3 weeks. We enjoyed our stay due to the location, view, unit & pool. We’ve been coming to this area for many years and now have a new unit to reserve for future vacations. Thank you for opening your home to us Kelley!

Great start to 2021 Travel

After spending several weeks searching vacation destinations that were safe and achievable during the First few months of 2021, I came across this condo on VRBO. I loved the picture on the balcony with the view of the ocean. We have never been to the Cabo San Lucas area but thought that San Jose Del Cabo was a less touristy, slower paced area for us. My husband and I travel frequently and like to familiarize ourselves with the area before travel. This condo had everything we were looking for. One bedroom, nice view, easy parking, and security. Communication with Kelly was super easy! she answered every email promptly. She sent us a welcome packet with the information we would need upon arrival. Accessing the condo was easy from the Los Cabos airport. The car rental person gave us exact directions, just past the Honda dealership and Starbucks. The La Jolla complex itself is staggered uphill so each condo has a view of the ocean. It was private and quiet. Even though you are across the street from the beach there are several ways to access it. I would say that walking is an option you can go under the street in a tunnel that is supervised by security. You can also walk along the road itself as most of the restaurants are on the opposite side of the condo. We chose to rent a car as we wanted to explore the area. The pool was fabulous with an infinity edge and he did. There was people constantly cleaning and there were disinfecting wipes and spray on the patio table surrounding the pool. Kelley‘s condo was beyond expectations. She had everything you could need for utensils and we ate in at least one meal every day. She had beach chairs, beach towels and cooler for use which I highly recommend. When we went to the public beaches they are quick to sell you everything for the day from umbrellas to chairs. We chose to drive down to Modano Beach which is right before the main Cabo downtown area. We really enjoy downtown San Jose Del Cabo. Even though the art festival on Thursday nights is not happening with vendors, the art galleries were open and there were a couple of food trucks for snacks. We enjoyed the Pescadero shopping area with the restaurants Fish &Grill and La Forchetta. Across the street we had fabric sushi that was fantastic. Be aware that after 8 o’clock they do start a live DJ service. Fine for us LOL! Thank you Kelly for sharing your home and we hope to be there again!
