The condo is spacious and beautiful, well appointed with everything we needed. We loved spending time on the spacious veranda and grilling dinners. The property is beachfront walk, quiet, plenty of parking and walkable to markets and some restaurants. Robert was so very helpful, answering all of our questions and making recommendations. We definitely would recommend a stay here and will return!

Astounding in every way

Words cannot describe how perfect this property is. Beautifully furnished, stunning views from a gorgeous terrace, large bedrooms and bathrooms - and wonderful grounds with large pools and paths down to the ocean. The owner gave us lots of excellent advice that helped make our stay especially enjoyable. Perfect.

We were a family of 5 with 3 growing (almost all adult children) so this condo provided enough space for everyone and had all the amenities in a kitchen needed to cook and prepare meals. We were able to walk to the grocery store, to our favorite restaurants (Lateral, El Mezquite, and Latin08), and to the pick up spot for our excursions through CaboAdventures. All within a 5-15 minute walk. Perfect location for all of the above. Las Mananitas has 3 beautiful pools, 1 with great ocean views and the sounds of crashing waves. The views at the penthouse were stunning and so relaxing. We enjoyed it very much!

Spacious with a view

This penthouse is spacious with an amazing view. The pictures on the listing are accurate. The owner is very responsive to any needs, questions, or issues. We are a family of 4 (my children are adults now) and this was a great apartment for us all to have our own space, yet the family room area was large so we could spend time together in the common area. The store is an easy walk and has everything you will need for your stay. Pools are nice and clean. I highly recommend staying for a relaxing and fun vacation.

Perfect trip to San Jose del Cabo

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our baby moon. This penthouse condo is gorgeous. It’s walking distance to our favorite taco shop Lateral and we basically lived in the pools. The views are wonderful, we spent many hours on the balcony staring out at the ocean. I would recommend this place to anyone and cannot wait to return as soon as possible.

Quiet Relaxation and beautiful views!!

We LOVED our stay!! The view from the deck was beautiful!!! The spacious accommodations were great!! Quick walk to the beach for long beautiful beach walks morning and night. I have this a great review and it deserves it!! A couple of things to note; The beds are FIRM!!!! There is NO pool side service at all!! You bring your own everything …..towels, drinks, snacks, music, etc It is NO action at the pool!! Great, if you like peace and quiet. A little slow if you like people and action Over all it was a great location, beautiful views and a quiet, relaxing getaway

After Christmas family gathering

Where do I even begin? The McCormick’s penthouse in Cabo is absolutely everything and more. This was our first time as a family to Cabo. Robert and Susan were basically our personal concierge for what to do and see while in cabo. Their recommendations from dinner spots to the fun family festival in downtown San Jose blew our expectations. Their penthouse is lovely and spacious. Their view is amazing and the whole property is very laid back and family friendly. We will definitely be a guest again. Truly one of the best family trips we’ve enjoyed in a while. Comfortable space with excellent view

We enjoyed staying in Las mañananitas. The property is spacious and well equipped. My family was very comfortable and we enjoyed all the amenities including the swimming pool, the fitness room and the tennis court. There is commercial center within walking distance and also great restaurants nearby. We will defend consider staying again here when visiting San Jose del Cabo.

wonderful los cabos vacation stay

robert's penthouse condominium in las mananitas worked out perfectly for our three-generation family vacation. all the spaces were ample and comfortably appointed, the full-length balcony with views of the sea was a special feature, great for lunch al fresco, hanging out on the sofas, and reading and dozing on the chaises. the kids also liked climbing the spiral stairway to the rooftop space where they could run around and play. concerns from other reviewers of noise from the highway and other owners playing cops to the kids at the pool were unfounded. robert and the management office were extremely responsive in providing information, booking rides and responding to our concerns (our only complaint: it would have been nice if the condo had been inspected ahead of time. we arrived to a kitchen-sink leak and the a.c. out in one bedroom. robert and the management responded right away, but it took a week of repair people in the condo before the problems were fixed). the pools and beach were easily accessible great places for the kids. there were two great restaurants, a super supermercado and a playground just a block away, and with no wait, we could hop on an old school bus for a sixty cent ride into town. we didn't need a car. the office booked us rides at reasonable prices to and from the airport, to the swimmable beach at chileno and to the very special flora farms. all-in-all, a wonderful time.

Beautiful property with tons of amenities all within walking distance of many of the San Jose del Cabo town features. Our penthouse unit is spaceouse and was perfect for our whole family to spread out. Absolutely loved the enormous outdoor living space overlooking the pool and ocean in the distance. All the comforts of home. Some of the furniture, electronics and plumbing are starting to show some wear so would be nice to see those updated just a bit when we venture back in the not too distant future. We highly recommend the condo and also working with the owner Robert McCormick.

Best Vaca!!!

We had such a wonderful time during our stay at Las Mananitas! The Condo is breathtaking and so well decorated and maintained. The location is perfect for morning walks on the beaches, fabulous restaurants and a quick taxi into Cabo San Lucas. We were sad to leave! Robert and Susan McCormick were incredibly helpful providing recommendations for fun activities and places to eat. I will definitely be staying there again!!! Thank you for a fabulous vacation!
