"⭐ 1 STAR — BUGS AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We found BUGS in our room and had to leave the hotel because we did not feel comfortable staying there with our children. One bug was actually crawling on my husband’s HEAD after he put on his hat. I also took photos of bugs in the room. ..."
