"Nice locatioin although downtown was dissapointing"

"Staff is good. It’s clean. Breakfast was as expected. The back door though it doesn’t lock and there’s homeless people right behind the hotel so that’s kinda scary knowing that door is always unlocked. The rooms honestly don’t seem to of been updated ever. The fridge can’t keep things cold or frozen in the little freezer box and anytime you use the microwave the lights flicker. "Unclean, smelly room, lobby"

"All was good, check out time 11am is too early specially when you check in at midnight."

"After checking in I could not open the room written on the card envelope. I went back down to have the card set up a second time and it failed to work again. I went back down and a different front desk attendant asked my name to look up my reservation and discovered the wrong room and floor was written on the envelope. It was very inconvenient as I had a cart full of luggage to haul back and forth and the “wrong” room was very far from the front desk."

"Total disaster. Stay Away. Dog hair in carpet. Bathrooms partially clean. Shower curtain old and yellowed at bottom. Mattress was awful...rolled down to center all night. TV got one channel cause remote didn't work. There was ant bait in the bathroom. There was ant bait next to the utensils in the joke of a 24/7 breakfast. The shower curtain bars were falling down. "Staff was personable and responsive. I had to change rooms due to a problem with the noise level of the refrigerator in the room. Once I reported it, the staff acted promptly to move me to another room. The facility was otherwise clean and well maintained."
