"The breakfast menu was okay. The pancake maker was strange and they didn't look very good. The waffle maker should be brought back. The room was clean and not sprayed with room fresheners --Thank You! There was the smell of skunk in the hall ways but that is beyond your control if the customers choose to smoke pot. Parking was safe. The personnel was polite. "

"The description on Expedia said there was a pool. There was no pool. We didn't see it. Breakfast was not good. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything from the rooms next to us and the rooms above. This made for a sleepless night. The light over the bed was out. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The sign inside the door still said Red Roof Inn, though it is not any more. The sign outside said to wear masks and practice social distancing, a remnant from the Covid pandemic...

"The property is well kept. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Had to change our room on the first night due to the TV going out. Was able to move right next door, which made it very convenient. We forgot about the indoor pool (and found it was heated), so didn't get a chance to take advantage of that added perk. The location is perfect and as we drove from South NJ, coming off the OH Turnpike, made reaching the hotel easy without any issues. We definitely plan to book again at...

"Nice staff"

"Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway."

"There is a distinct odor near room 427. The bathroom floor-sticky. There was no blanket or duvet on the bed. There were iil fitting sheets. When we asked over and over again for a blanket we were told: be right up and also on other occasions that there are none. The filter in the bathroom doesn’t function and is an excellent dust collector. The bathroom mirror had two burned out lights. This was not the room I reserved. Worst room ever. Get it together. Be better. Families go there and deserve...

"Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be is that they don’t have enough staffing. We had a small roll of toilet paper in our room when we checked in. Asked the front desk for more. We had to go to the front desk to get it. Also their snack store was not staffed. Had to purchase through the front desk. Nobody there to help. Other than that…nice and comfortable hotel. "

"Excellent stay. Very clean rooms and accommodating staff. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order but the pool area is still great for kids. The free breakfast is good although not many gluten free options and one morning the buffet was out of a number of items. Overall a great place to stay with young kids that is close to downtown area. "
