"We slightly have problems with the ac, key card and the tv was not working for the first night. Our room was on the far end , there is not phone in the room so we have to walked back and forth. The beach is fantastic, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall we can say our stay there was great."

"Best location on Koh Touch beach. We had no.19 wooden detached bungalow right at the front with garden and sea views. Beach area was cleaned every morning and plenty of sun beds. Quiet area but only a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure that we had a great stay. "

"We were due to stay in one of the beach front Tree Houses a couple of weeks ago when we stayed on Koh Rong. We were incredibly excited after seeing this place advertised on a youtube blog! I cannot fault the staff, they very accomodating and helpful. The bar and beach area is nice. The room however, was a disaster. There were slats missing on the steps up to the bungalow. Repaired holes in the floor, where you could see all the way down to the beach! Also unrepaired holes in rotten wood...

"Our villa was wonderful, large spacious room. The staff came twice to our villa to carry out housekeeping. The Royal Sands Koh Rong certainly has an eye for detail and think of everything a traveller needs. We are very glad we stayed here. Special mention to Kean and Sela who were amazingly welcoming and assisted with all our various queries. Sela booked us a car to pick us up from Sihanoukville pier to our hotel. The Royal Sands made our stay on Koh Rong perfect!"

"We had an amazing stay at Skybar, the staff were so lovely and helpful and our room (private room) was spacious and clean. The aircon worked very well which was good and the shower was warm. The sea view from the top was worth all the stairs! "

"Great location - quiet end of the beach! The bungalows were lovely. Hospitality wasn’t great - not he warm welcome and customer service we’d had before coming to the islands. Sun beds on the beach were a great bonus although you need to get out early as there’s not enough for all paying guests."

"Buildings are old with little upkeep. Trash being stored behind pool and volleyball area behind mesh wall. Breakfast food is the same every day and boring. Food is not warm. Air conditioner leaked water. Sheer curtain in room 188 torn and old. Company needs to reinvest money to maintain and upgrade rooms. Mattress’s are hard as a rock, uncomfortable and you can’t sleep well. Wake up stiff and sore. The only the hotel has going for it is location. Would not recommend to anyone. Would not...

"Pro’s: perfect location, right on the beach at the quieter side of the pier. Large bungalows with a big bed and decent A/C. Con’s: the bathroom was pretty grim. We tried breakfast in the restaurant once and it was inedible, we had to go elsewhere.
