"Staff was realy nice an friendly and give us a good intro. Communication was easy and good. Room was ok but not like on the picture. But clean and in good condition, shower an AC worked well. Bed smelled a bit like mold, but not strong. There was s lot of trash in fornt of the window. Its in an area with may buildings an unfortunately a lot of trash. In room you could here all the other guests. Wifi was not good, it break up all the time. Working online is not possible here. If you only travel...

"The resort is in a corner of paradise and the tree house was spectacular. The resort is quite tired and requires some updating but not too spoil the ambiance of the resort. Staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant food was ok. Beautiful beach and location for watching sun rise. Easy walks either side of the resort to other bars and restaurants. "

"Hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep in. Bathroom is crammed in so you have to stand over the toilet to shower. Water doesn’t drain properly so every time you use the toilet you have to walk through a puddle. Sheets and towels were clean, although you do have to pay a deposit to get a towel at all. Air conditioning was good. "

"If you’re looking for a quiet, semi-remote escape, this is a great spot. Easily the nicest hotel on this beach. The oceanfront room is spacious, tastefully minimalist, and the bed is super comfortable. The staff are warm and welcoming. The restaurant is decent, though a bit pricey. Just note—you’ll need a tuk tuk to get anywhere else, which typically costs at least $5 per person."

"The hotel is great! The property seems to be new, the rooms are really lovely and really clean! The balcony on the hillside rooms has such a great view, the rooms are also really peaceful and quiet. Breakfast is great! Beach is beautiful, cabanas and kayaks free to use. Would definitely recommend!"

"Ottima posizione sul promontorio per godere della vista del tramonto e fuori dal "trambusto" del centro (anche se chiamarlo "centro e trambusto" è un po' esagerato vista la dimensione della baia). Le camere private sono disposte su due corridoi (4 alloggi per parte) ed hanno pareti in legno - comunicanti e con tetto unico - pertanto c'è ovviamente privacy e rumori sono presenti. "A truly great place with nice and friendly staff and lots of opportunity for relaxing, swimming and some adventure. However, though the beach and hotel area was impeccable, short walks away from the resort revealed tonnes of plastic and a clear environmental problem. The resort should take some of the responsibility and keep rhe entire resort area nice and tidy. Teach the staff to be proud of clean nature and to take pride in becoming part of the solution. "Buen resort, mantenimiento bueno pero con áreas de mejora. La playa OK aunque la zona no es ni mucho menos equiparable a ninguna playa paradisíaca. Eso no es Koh Rong Sanloem. No son las Maldivas ni Filipinas. Playa tranquila y correcta. La piscina lo mejor del hotel. Restaurante bien para una estancia de 3 o 4 días, no más porque la carta queda corta y poco saludable. Sin opciones veganas."

"This was an incredible hotel and it was luxury staying in one of the luxury tents. The tents had everything you needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I couldn't speak more highly of the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. The beach was beautiful and I'd highly recommend getting a scooter and visiting the other beaches - especially Sok San! 10/10 stay. "
