"from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated like old friends. The front desk welcomed us with cakes and tea, and helped us plan our short stay in Hanoi without being pushy. They marked out hidden cafes and local spots on a paper map, which we actually used the whole trip. It was our first time in Vietnam, and thanks to them, we felt comfortable right away. "Really friendly staff great customer service. Especially with young children the staff were amazing. The only slight disappointed the restaurant was not the best food for the money. A bit too much salt among other criticisms. But there are some great places just outside the hotel so don't let that put you off. The hotel is in a great location with lots of things to do and places to see."

"We had such a nice stay! We tried another hotel in Hanoi, and Sunline was so much better, for almost the same price. The breakfast buffet was fine. Not the biggest, but makes sense since the hotel is not that big. Therefore I liked that you could order some ekstra breakfast dishes, included in the price. Loved the rooftop bar! Great drinks and really nice view of Hanoi, especially at night. "

"The hotel was very good but that is not a choice in the stars. We had to walk several blocks to other restaurants. Across the street is a Circle K convenience store and a coffee shop. We think there was also a coffee or snack place next door. The breakfast buffet in the hotel was quite good."
