"Basic hotel but absolutely fine. Good value for money and great location. Be aware the Room 1 is over the kitchen and their air conditioner produces loud buzzing noise in the room until late. Staff sympathetic but unable to help. "

"Location was ideal for me as i needed to stay near family. Although there is nothing near by apart from Starbucks, Costa, KFC 10 mins away. The rooms were ok, bedding was clean Although underneath the beds was not. I found not nice things in there, like chewing gum, cigarette papers, French fries. I only used the rooms to sleep and shower. The main issue for me was the window latches were missing or very loose and i did not feel safe while sleeping. The windows are not double glazed. "What a lovely comfortable stay. Nice beds , pillows and duvet and in a beautiful house. Tea and coffee and a bottle of water on arrival. Could have had breakfast but didn't. There's a pub down the road. Will definitely stay again and go for walks around the area"

"Large car park at rear but it was a large pub. Friendly staff and clean room. Food was good and well priced which was shown by how busy it was in the restaurant. The only negative at all for this pub/hotel was that when clearing tables after diners had left the waitress used what cutlery was left on the table to make it up ready for the next diners. How did she know that the previous people didn't sneeze on it or handle it? Not nice in my opinion"
