"Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast every morning was fresh and hot. I also enjoyed sitting outside under the pergola reading one afternoon. We had a great stay."

"Consider other options in the area before staying here, we arrived early and were able to check in however there was no staff member at the front desk when we arrived. We had to wait about 5 minutes before any staff member was present at the hotel. The room was clean and tidy however a laundry cart was left in the elevator on multiple occasions which made the elevator cramped. Stayed 3 nights and the breakfast that was provided did not rotate items had the exact same items each morning. There...

"We were not able to enjoy the vacation because the room we slept in was terrible because it sounded like moving furniture and banging on the floor. Then, we raised our concerns throughout our entire stay but nothing happened. The bathroom was disgusting because it insects like cockroaches in the bathroom. They also charged for damaged utility fee, which we don't know what is that for. The smell was also horrid and bad. We were also charged for early checked in when in fact we checked in late. I...
