"The property is very nicely looked anfter and finished to a very high spec. The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated in Richmond and is close to everything. The only downside was to discover that it costs £20 per night to park the car! However the cost of the hotel was reasonable so not a disaster. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon."

"I really enjoyed staying here, the staff were caring and accommodating, my room was nicely renovated (although small, but as a solo traveller was fine for me. Loved how they restocked my complimentary espresso and chocolate! One negative was I was right beside the emergency exit and I could see staff members taking breaks beside my window. I didn't let it bother me, but it affected my privacy "

"My first priority is cleanliness, & that gets a 10/10. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a little flat. No food options in the hotel. Teas, coffee, water in room for free. There is a lovely pub a short few minutes walk away & 2 grocery markets. North Ealing tube station is about a 5 min. walk from hotel. This is the Piccadilly line which takes you directly to Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, etc. The staff are super friendly, and accomodating. My TV didn't work in my very small...
