"Only feed back is no elevator to carry luggage so two petite women dragging XL luggage to the 5 floor was awful. As well as carrying it down.
Also one morning water was cut off without us being notified and we had to call the front desk to make aware. A leaking sink occurred AND house keeping got a bit snappy when we asked if our room would be cleaned even though we left later than normal due to not having water to shower."
"We loved our very brief stay at this hotel! We did end up having to move hotels at the very last minute due to a scheduling conflict, but the two nights we did have here we fully enjoyed. My friend and I agreed that this hotel had the comfiest bed and pillows out of all of our other stays! Also super happy with both hotel managers, Mike and Lewis, for being super helpful in finding alternative arrangements/providing suggestions. All the staff here were really great. "Enjoyed a stay for three days. Staff very willing and helpful. Excellent food. Enjoyed the different areas especially the beer garden when it was warm.
Was woken by the kitchen extract fan at 6am, which probably was due to the secondary double glazing not fitting correctly. Needs some maintenance."
