Its ok good but could be better

Its was good dont get me wrong lovley open spaces but there were bed bugs in the room and thr floor boards are super creaky and loud and disturbing

Good value stay

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Room was one of a trio which shard a bathroom which was large and clean. Large number of food outlets within walking distance of hotel Canning Town tube is round about 10 minutes walk away.

Beim betreten der Unterkunft bekommt man den ersten Schreck (ein kleiner Tisch in der Ecke wo ein Personal sitzt zum ein und auschecken, extrem schmutziger Boden). Nach dem einchecken rauf aufs Zimmer der nächste Schock, beim öffnen der Tür kommt einen eine riesen Duftwolke entgegen (nicht die beste Note), beim betreten der Küche war auch schon klar warum... riesen Schimmelfleck an der Wand. Badewanne und Toilette extrem verschmutzt. Gleich mal in den Laden daneben Reinigungsmittel gekauft und alles gereinigt. Gebucht für 5 Personen, 3 Kaffeetassen, 3 Gläser, 1 Sekt- und 1 Weinglas, 4 Sesseln meiner Meinung nicht ausreichend. Ansonsten in der Küche zum kochen alles vorhanden. Wer nicht viel Schlaf braucht, für den wird es reichen, in der Nacht extremes Geschrei am Gang, geraufe und die Türen fallen ständig extrem laut zu, zudem kommt noch das die halbe Nacht nur Blaulicht und Sirenen auf der Strasse tobt. Da wir nicht anspruchsvoll sind und wirklich nur zum schlafen und frühstücken da waren und das nur 3 Nächte, haben wir uns damit abgefunden. Weiterempfehlen würde ich es nicht. 1-2 Sterne weg und Preis um 30% senken dann würde es den Verhältnissen nach passen.

Infested with Bedbugs

We booked 5 rooms at Canary Heights for business purposes. Two employees had to leave in the middle of the night as the room they were staying in was infested with bedbugs and cockroaches and they sustained multiple bites. We then booked new accommodation for all employees as the likelihood of the bedbugs being restricted to one room was highly unlikely. We asked for a refund for all 5 rooms, however, Canary Heights would only agree to reimburse for 1 room. I find this highly unacceptable given the circumstances. Our employees have had to throw away all of their clothes, bags and shoes etc and we have had to pay for our vehicles to be fumigated and have not been compensated for any of this. This has been a horrific experience for all involved and not to receive at least a refund for the rooms is extremely disappointing.

Zona periferica non certo affascinante, parcheggio non presente, ingresso da ostello e camere ampie ma molto sporche (soprattutto la solita moquette) e accessoriate con il minimo indispensabile. Comodo solo il fatto di avere una cucina utilizzabile. Abbastanza silenziosa per essere affacciato su grande stradone.

Not Impressed

The accommodation was far from clean with unknown dirty Marks on walls and curtains. There was also several holes in the floor where it seem the flooring had collapsed so you would fall into these when walking round the bed. The bed itself seemed to have sand or grit in it which when I laid down ended up in my mouth. The mattress was lumpy and there was no support from the pillow. I didn't sleep a wink

Ok overall and served a purpose for a good price but very poorly signposted, very odd check in process (insisted only photo ID) and no kettle (despite quite well equipped kitchen and tea and coffeee provided). But the room itself was ok, bed was comfy and the room was quiet.

Appartamento abbastanza nuovo. Letti comodi. Cucina con piatti pentole e posate. Reception 24 ore su 24. Bagno pulito. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la caldaia prontamente risolto.

The hotel was reasonably ok. Clean bed sheets, tea and coffee facilities in the room. The shared bathroom was kept clean regularly. Is good if your staying for an over night trip on a budget. There’s no parking at the hotel so you need to find street parking. Tube station is about 10 min walk away.

The female at the front desk was nice and accommodating. The house keeping staff was as well. Only one elevator, Wifi wasn’t very good. Only two towels unless requested different every day. There was not much help when asking about close bars and restaurants for recommendations. Only one key given.

A fürdőszoba és a toalett nem a szobában volt, ellentétben azzal amit fizettünk. Arrogánsak voltak és azt mondtak a Hotel.com hibája . A wcben ázik a fal a szoba koszos. A fürdő büdös és koszos egyben . 4 szobára van egy tisztálkodási lehetőség .

Not the classiest of accommodation and the area isn't the best. The building is basic but the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Not a lot of traffic so quiet.

Convinient clean and affordable apartment

A well priced apartment 10mins away from canning town dlr which suited well for working at excel for 10 days and worked out really good value. Whilst it's not luxury, the studio had a kitchen which meant we could eat in and cut costs. Beds were comfy and room serviced daily with 24 hour security / reception, kept clean with everything we needed. Essentially the rooms are a sub divided apartment with one studio and 2 doubles sharing 1 full bathroom and a separate toilet bathroom so no issues waiting for and both kept clean. Plenty of shops, takeaways etc nearby, on street parking at the back only restricted between 1000-1400 so if you're driving and out during the day works well. Let's be honest not the best prime area of London but suited for what we wanted and for the price was perfect and would use again.

The staff were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Cleanliness of bathroom etc was exceptional. Cleanliness of the rooms weren’t good. I stayed in the same room for over a week and the same straw which was on the floor when I arrived was still there when I left. Please hoover more regularly! I was in room 24b. The room was a double size but it would be good to have a sitting area. Tea/coffee facilities supplied but no access to kitchen water! You’re expected to use the bathroom water??!! Maybe throw in some bottled water is my suggestion. The walls are cheaply built so all sounds from next door can be heard and also room doors are not closing without pushing them hard.

Staff were ignorant and rude. Customer service poor. Room was ok. Bit misleading on the advert. They made a mess of the booking with the people we were travelling with which resulted in my friends paying for 2 separate rooms instead of 1 twin room and refused to refund the money for the room that wasnt needed or used

Good value for money, small issues

Great value for money. The initial room I paid for was not shown on the image. However, I was able to upgrade to a studio apartment. I have used canary heights apartments a few times before. I think it’s excellent. However, when it came to paying for the upgrade.. they charged me a bit more due to hotel.com saying I only paid £31 but I actually paid £41 (they made me pay £10 extra for the upgrade than I initially would’ve)

A 10 minutos del metro, fue bastante fácil llegar al lugar durante los días que estuve en Londres, personal en la recepción 24 hrs, también está en frente de una parada de autobus, la habitación estaba bastante bien para su precio tan económico
