"The property is centrally located, easy walk to bars, restaurants and shopping. It was nicely decorated and spotless, perfect for what we were looking for. Worth noting that there is no dedicated parking spot and sometimes street parking can be a little hard to come by. Also, the unit is 3 floors, with the bathroom and kitchen on the 1st floor and the bedroom on the top floor. So just be prepared for that. Not a problem for us, but might be for less mobile renters. "This was a perfect stay for a nice weekend getaway. Great communication with the owners and detailed instructions for checkin. The place is super cozy and the bed is very comfortable. Loved the location too! Had a pleasant walk into town for breakfast. Definitely would book this again:-)"

"This is a beautiful vintage home in central Grass Valley. We could walk to everywhere we needed! And my wife loved reading on the porch for hours every morning! This will always be our first choice in Grass Valley!"

"My family and I stayed for a quick weekend and we were thrilled with the abundant space and comfort level of this home! The home was clean and well stocked, very comfortable living room furniture, two full bathrooms and three king size bedrooms. All of us slept well! My young daughter also enjoyed the backyard trampoline and indoor game room :) Our host Sharalee was very kind and quick to respond throughout the entire process.
