"Was skeptical of a motel claiming to be the “best motel” but was pleasantly impressed by my stay. The guy working the check in was extremely friendly and left a lasting impression. This property has a gated parking lot, which I was thankful for after realizing I left the window down in the car overnight. The room was pleasant and mostly clean, with my only complaint being the floor making my feet dirty. During check out, one of the housekeepers saw I was heading to check out and took the key...

"I liked that it gave me some good walking to the heart of Ballard, it was a sweet little spot, very clean good communication, street parking was cramped and busy but that is city life. "

"We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. "

"I was very happy with mistake here. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. The entire facility was walked out and spotless. The staff was kind and courteous. I especially enjoy walking to nearby restaurants for food. And the shopping was right down the road."
