"Howdy Ranch was the perfect bookend to our summer. We wanted a weekend away to enjoy each other and be outdoors. The pond was loved by all including the dogs! The water toys (john boat, kayak and paddleboat) were great to have access to. We did a lot of front porch sitting, dock fishing, cooking on the fire pit and admiring the sunset. Disclaimer, we have no idea if the tvs work…never had a reason to turn them on! "

"This house checked all the boxes online and exceeded expectations in person. It was so inviting, the decor was beautiful without being too formal. Plenty of beds, comfy beds, kitchen fully stocked, easy to use technology and remotes for hot tub. We were a girls weekend but the house is stocked for families and/or couples. The office was so responsive when questions asked! Highly recommend! "

"The house was amazing, the property was well taken care of it had all the accommodations we could ever ask for . The host walked us through the house and showed us how to turn everything on and off, and showed us all the areas and how to properly maintain them and then left us alone for the whole stay. It was truly a great place to take a group from church."

"The stay was amazing! When we arrived the inside was a bit hot but once you turn the air on it cools down quickly. The ambience of the interior makes you feel at home I love the country. The kitchen has what's needed to make a meal. The cabin is beautiful and very clean.There's games to enjoy and coffee and hot chocolate to drink. My family loved the cabin and petting the cows. "We had a softball tournament in Brenham and decided to make a weekend out of it with the family and our Frenchie. Place was small but perfect, communication was outstanding. There were a few crumbs on the kitchen table but otherwise very clean. I would stay here again. "
