"It seemed like grand central station downstairs at all hours. It seems it is a roadcrew hotel among other things. We found it very appealing and nice as it was quiet at night despite the continual late night arrivals The restaurant was quite good - salad fresh and tasty, burger fairly simple and tasty 😋 Server - little older guy-was a good friendly chill person. Power to us older guys who “just know”."

"Not even cleaning my room towels weren’t changed and garbage cans were not cleaned. My deposit is still not returned from my account & they have been sent back to my account during check out time but as of now nothing in my account."

"Pool was closed and I wasn’t notified. Even though I called week before my stay.i flew to Ont for March break to spend with my 3 grandkids and got his hotel because of the pool. The hotel was dirty. Mold in the room so I asked to be moved I had to stay because it cost me almost 600.00. Breakfast was terrible. Nothing fresh at all"

"The rooms i stayed in were clean but seemed very used and worn, wall paper scuffs and rips, hole in wall behind bathroom door, you could hear door closing in the hall, and the vibe was off. Also the hot tub was in need of cleaning, it was all foamy. The staff didn't reall6 seem friendly as well, not even a smile. I wont stay here again."

"I had a great stay at Quality Inn & Suites Thunder Bay Downtown. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location is very convenient, with easy access to downtown and nearby restaurants. The complimentary breakfast and 24-hour coffee were also a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay I would definitely recommend...
