"Wonderful property for a family gathering. We made full use of the pool, play area and outdoor pizza oven. Inside we enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and all the eating areas. Lots of sleeping space for our family of 10. Great location, short drive to Sandbanks beaches, shopping and restaurants. Monica was an excellent host, quick to respond to our questions. "

"The property was a modern and clean cottage with great amenities. My children were enamored with kayaking. The proximity to Kingston was great for day trips. The kitchen had all the amenities as if we were at home. The check-in and checkout process were simple."

"Belle grande et vieille maison bien rénovée. Loge très bien 8 personnes (2 familles). Les lits sont confortables. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Beau grand espace extérieur pour manger, faire du BBQ et pour jouer avec les enfants et 2 grands stationnement . Hôte très sympathique et disponible. Le seul petit bémol est la rue passante devant la maison qui est bruyante. La ville de Picton est très charmante et les restaurants sont accessibles à pieds de la maison. Aussi très bien situé pour...

"Everything planned the way they offered. Pictures were the way they showed, House was clean, It was perfect for my budget, and I was very satisfied with the service. Loved it, I look forward to using it again in the future and would definitely recommend for anyone to use it.."

"We celebrated a bachelorette and it was absolutely amazing. The wine is also delicious. We took the meditarrean supper and charcuterie board with our stay, which was the best! This place is a hidden gen. Would definately recommend."

"This place is just a lot less glamorous than the listing would imply. We had 9 adults in our group but this cabin only sleeps 6 max. So we had to rent a second cabin for full price. The manager was helpful tho and answered our questions. "

"We loved staying at Dawn & Ron’s place! Great location, a short drive to Picton, beaches, parks, and views. The unit was clean, well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable! Highly recommend. :) We’ll be back for sure!"

"Sheets were filthy. Mold on coffee maker. Bugs in room. Vrbo mis represented the property.We did not stay on the property and would like a full refund."
