"Beautiful setting, very well looked after. The room was spotless it had everything you needed. A lovely welcome. We wanted to book in early as we had to be somewhere. The lovely lady on the phone arranged it no problem. I would highly recommend this place."

"Great staff, excellent location and room very good. I had a very early start to get home so didn't enjoy a sleep in bed, but it would've been more than perfect for a lazy morning.
Had a pint with some Cardiff City locals before closing time in the pub downstairs who were great company (plus 2 Gooners!). In the meantime, up the Chelsea :-)"

"It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed.
Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Our room in the older part of the hotel was quirky and so comfortable with lovely views,...

"Everything as usual was excellent,
However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast.
On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special.
Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge.
Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff.
We will, ofcourse come to stay again.

"We stayed in one of the balcony rooms and the room was legit the best room we have stayed in the UK. The bed was a dream, super duper huge and the view from the balcony was magnificent. Their breakfast spread was delicious, the only downside of the stay were the cocktails from the Vale bar, I think they could do better with that. Apart from that, it was a 5/5."

"Loved everything about my stay except for ONE thing and that was an hour of someone throwing kegs into a truck in the middle of the night. I guess you have to expect that kind of thing when you're staying so central. Room was fantastic, breakfast was great, and location was prime. "
