"What an amazing place this is!! Not only is the setting beautiful, the rooms are spotless and spacious but most of all the staff are just fabulous!! We travelled as a family to stay whilst my 11 yr old son completed the National 3 peaks and they were judt amazing with him! They made a fuss and were so wonderfully welcoming!! "We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, the team were busy and to be expected. We were then attended to within a few minutes. Polite and friendly and shown to our room. It was a building near the pub. Parking was free and able to park outside the pub. Its all situated in a square,like a market square surrounded by big granite hills. We were shown to our room, was given a birthday card from the hotel chap which was a nice touch. The room was surfice and had ensuite. Outside window had all...

He went above and beyond for us...Carrying our cases up to the top floor...And down again when we left. Plus he does a cracking packed lunch. Our room was more than adequate, comfy and clean. The only gripe from our point of view is that we'd prefer proper cups and spoons..."
