Hotels a Llacs del Bosc, Bayfield

"The staff was good. Breakfast was ok. Clean but lacking options. Room was large, clean but outdated. Loud fan and heater. Beds were comfortable and well made"

"Booked last minute due to a storm. Check in was perfectly smooth. Dude at the desk was friendly. Room was cozy and comfy. Its the mountains so you might see a critter like I did but that certainly doesn't take away from the room. My only issue is low water pressure in the shower. Painfully low. And although the bed was fine, I'd like to see an updated mattress. I'll definitely consider staying here again."

"Had a very good weekend"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful and the free breakfast and coffee were good. The staff got me clean towels quickly."

"Better breakfast than expected. Comfortable bed. Quiet."

"Delayed check in, other than that they were readily available during their hours"

"From the check in to the check out everything was great. Staff very helpful, clean room."

"Downtown property with garage parking was very convenient for our stay. Enjoyed it very much."

"You can hear everything passed the walls. Every step taken inside and outside."

"Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Easy check in"

"The most disgusting and dirty hotel I’ve ever seen. They don’t even try to pretend they made any attempt to clean. I had to buy towels and sheets because theirs were all dirty and yellow with stains. I had to buy cleaning supplies to disinfect. I left with bites on my arms from bugs in the bed. So disgusting!"

"Great place! Walt was very helpful and kind."

"Pool and hot tub were great. Room was spacious."

"Staff very nice but only one half roll of toilet paper in cabin. Didn't discover issue until middle of the night. Ceiling fans could use some dusting and some form Of table or nightstand in bedroom would be helpful. Bunk beds were very hard so my son elected to sleep on the couch. Good location."

"I arrived at the Strater Hotel on 10/13 for a 4 night stay. My first impression was WOW this is beautiful! The decor, antiques, the furnishings and relics were amazing. Our room had a Queen Bed and a Twin and was a nice size for the two of us. (This was a girls trip). The bathroom was lacking in counter space but was ok. I am a severe allergy sufferer so dust is one of my worst enemies! By the second day that I was there I was in a full blown allergy attack. While I realize this is a very old...

"It’s was a convenient, walkable location to the Narrow Gauge train and downtown. Breakfast was not included but was a good on-site option; however, service was slow. They offered free cookies but should have had other option for those that don’t like or allergic to nuts. But the cookies were the only free option even though bottled water said they were complimentary- it was only for “members”."
