"Room was clean but the hallways smelled like marijuana. I booked this room after seeing a rollaway bed was available. I called to try and reserve one but they said it was first come first serve. We arrived early to be sure to get a rollaway but when we arrived they stated that their hotel does not have them available. This was very disappointing. Breakfast was ok. We arrived 20 minutes before they closed and several items were gone and they did not restock them"

"It seems the inn is going through renovations. We got the room in the old wing that is not yet renovated. There were patches on the couch - it was clean but marks from old spills remained. The leather of the chair was peeling off and ceiling had water seepage patches left over from previous spill. Definitely not worth the charge. We are regular customers of Residence Inn as we like to have a kitchenette. This was the worst we have even been to. Utensils were all nonstick. Not a single steel...

"We were looking forward to staying at the property because of the amount of space in the units. However, our room had not been cleaned. No kitchen surfaces were wiped, floor was sticky. Stains and hair on the sheets, no mattress pad, and only a bottom sheet on the beds. We asked for a refund and appreciated the accommodating desk clerk who released us from our reservation. Working with the clerk was a very positive experience."

"This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!"

"It's a 2 star hotel. Not much to add. Was never really staff at the desk throughout the day. Was fortunate there was someone there when I checked in because after that it was comical how there was no staff around. I sat for 20 mins having breakfast and not one employee was to be found anywhere. Pool has strange hours. Open from 1pm to 9pm so don't expect an early morning swim.
