"This is a really nice property and the gentleman who checked me in was top tier. The decor, vibe, room, amenities were all really nice. I would change the entertainment in the restaurant as the TV sitting in the corner with lousy audio was substandard. My recommendation is to put multiple TV monitors above the bar, as to provide a view of the entertainment from anywhere in the room. Also, I recommend putting in an audio system which surrounds the room with a low-key EDM vibe. Don't forget to...

"Staff at check in first day was exceptional. Assistant manager helped me as I extended my stay and was super courteous, professional and quickly corrected an error I made extending my stay. He smiled, thanked me for extending the stay and completed actions promptly. The property and beautiful view of the Potomac/water, and scenery was fantastic. I highly recommend"

"The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!"

"Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy."

Housekeeping did not clean the room, and there was not even an apology from the hotel for missing room cleaning, much less any refund for not providing a service that is included in the room charge.
