"Charming hotel! This hotel was definitely a gem in its hay day. Although it is a little tired, it is still charming and a lovely place to stay. It was quiet and felt very safe tucked away from the street. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The grounds were nice and had a walking trail where we took the dogs for a stroll. Lots of green space and easy parking. The breakfast was a lovely surprise too with good options and great coffee. Had gluten free options too! The tavern is no longer...

"We stayed for 2 nights and our stay was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Sylvia was the best! Every time we saw her, she was smiling and professional. Room as clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, very low noise level from outside and the bathroom was very clean as well. We used the pool, the sauna and the hot tub which were all very nice! The breakfast was great too! Very impressed! If we are ever in the area again, we will be staying here again."

"Electric wires exposed mold in the bathroom, couch, bed, bed bugs, all furniture, Greece with stains on them. Bed was very uncomfortable general manager, Sharif Ford very unprofessional."

"A very quaint location in the historic area of town and close to the river. It appears to be working on some renovations. It could have been a little cleaner, lots of dust on the bathroom exhaust cover and would be nice to have a little more decor on the walls, it felt a little empty and echoed quite abit with TV on low volume. Overall it was a good stay not too far from SPAC and price was very affordable compared to Saratoga. Staff was super kind!"

"We were there for a very short time, but the room was filthy. There was brown smudges on the bed, the room smelled horrible, it was just generally not clean whatsoever. We arrived late, and departed early, but given the cleanliness, I would never stay here again. Its unfortunate as its hard to find places where I can stay with my pet, but it really was disgusting."

Signs posted in the hallway indicated that renovations were being made which would explain the spackling on the walls, etc. Some of the light fixtures didn't work in our room (no switch!) and one table lamp only turned on by plugging it in. No coffee maker in the room, but it was plentiful in the breakfast area."

"This was a terrible experience. The hotel itself did not feel safe, people outside were doing drugs and alcohol at all hours. The refrigerator did not work, the tv did not work. The front desk refused a refund, the owner hung up on me when I called asking for some type of refund. The bathroom ceiling looked like it could cave in, the shower had rust stains. Stay far away from this hotel they should be shut down."
