"Room was clean and prepared for the family requirements and our dog. Staff were super friendly and helpful from the staff at the bar to reception. We thoroughly enjoyed the leisure club and spa facilities. Breakfast was delicious with a special menu and also met our daughter’s dietary requirements. Not our first visit and would highly recommend a stay if you have a dog."

"Great for onward travel from airport with bus and taxi and the trams. Very convenient when flying out and for late night return with flight. Rooms clean but our room had broken tyles at entrance to the shower cubicle. Good breakfast. Check in easy but hotel does not take cash everything is card payment"

We experienced a minor issue during the night, but it was quickly and professionally resolved by the wonderful reception staff the following morning. Their professionalism and courteous manner was truly commendable and a real testament to the hotel."
